All form fields are required. About album: Herpangina in a 7 year old male. Most cases are caused by Coxsackie group A viruses. It can also be cause by Coxsackie group B viruses and Echoviruses. Herpes simplex virus can cause similar lesions. If these lesions are accompanied by blisters on hands and feet, the disease is called "Hand ,foot and mouth disease ". Treatment is by topical lidocaine and by oral analgesics/antipyretics like acetaminophen and ibuprofen. |
