All form fields are required. About album: Ankyloglossia (tongue tie) in a 14 year old male. This is an oral anomaly which may decrease the mobility of the tongue tip and cause a short thick lingual frenulum that connects the lower side of the tongue to the floor of the mouth causing problem with speech, feeding and oral hygiene in severe cases. Severe cases may require surgical intervention (frenotomy). Laser treatment could be done also. Some authorities on the subject prefer not to do any treatment. | ||||||||||
